Call and Demand (C&D) Drivers General Information
Drivers who apply for this position will be required to work over the road for 3 consecutive weekly cycles and then receive 4 days off. They can be dispatched to any facility in the region to supplement the local driver board during driver shortages or increased customer demand.
Pay Range: - per_mile, General Benefits:

- Our Drivers make an average of $80,000 -$83,000 a year
- HOME EVERY 3 WEEKS
- Paid weekly

Qualifications:
The driver can opt to extend their time on the road, if business needs exists and logistics and local management agree. The extension must be in whole week increments and at the end of the final week of work non-scheduled time off (unless vacation, Optional holidays, or Flex hours are used) will not exceed 1 week before restarting the cycle. Compensation will be based on their home facility.
Expectations:
- Minimum 3 years tractor trailer and/or 2 years tanker
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- HS diploma or GED
